Welcome to our new challege. We're going to practice using atmospheric perspective and creating rain. The challenge details  is long because I want to be sure that I am clear about everything. Still, if there is something you don't understand, ask about it before you get too far into your challenge entry.
And, please, please, please, please learn from the suggestions that I make. I'm not making them to show superiority, I share what I know to help support you in your photomanipulation journy. So, if  you don't want any advice, don't participate in the challenges. And you're free to leave the group.

Our New Challenge
Our new challenge is  called  "Cold Rain" and it features the  landscapes background stock by ~Visualjenna-Stock,  ~Bundy-Stock,  *Colourize-Stock, ~night-fate-stock, and myself.
